Mindfulness & Resilience Coaching, and Courses
Hello, I’m Caroline — a Mindfulness, Resilience and Wellness Coach, and a fully insured member of The Complementary Medical Association (CMA).
I’m passionate about helping women feel more in control of their lives, manage stress more effectively and improve their overall health and wellbeing.
My approach is practical, supportive and focused on real-life change — not quick fixes.
My journey into mindfulness and resilience coaching is shaped by both professional experience and personal life.
After supporting my own mum through dementia, I experienced first-hand the emotional, mental and physical challenges that come with caring for a loved one. The stress, the responsibility and the impact it can have on your own wellbeing.
That experience gave me a deeper understanding of what many women go through — whether in caring roles, demanding careers or balancing multiple responsibilities.
I have over 20 years’ experience as a remedial and holistic massage therapist, working closely with clients to support both their physical and mental wellbeing.
Before this, I had a career in finance in London — giving me insight into the pressures of demanding, high-responsibility roles and the impact this can have on health and stress levels.

This interest led me to further my own development and train as a coach. I am a Transformation Coach, accredited by The International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring (IAPC&M).
My work combines this training with my practical experience, focusing on helping you understand your stress response, shift your mindset and build healthier, more supportive habits.
I now support women who are feeling overwhelmed, stretched or close to burnout — helping them to:
The good news is that we all have tools and strategies we can incorporate into our daily lives to better manage stress and improve our wellbeing. You don’t have to do it alone.
